Loyal readers (all 5 of you), I am moving in a week.

That means DSL is changing over to a new number and despite my best efforts to pre-schedule something with Verizon, speakeasy can’t change the telcos. So I could be down for two to three weeks.

But fear not! Arpanet designed the Interwebs (tubes) to be fault tolerant! Yes! Even if one mortal gets viscerally slaughtered like a lamb-chop, the blood and entrails won’t splatter in the slightest near your quiet suburban webpage. Yes, while I languish in serious consideration of signing up for AOL and picking up an analog interface, you will sip lemonade on your porch as I burn in a sea of disconnected offline 500 degree lava.

Friday the 15th we close. We start moving sensitive stuff on the 16th, 17th is professional movers day. We’ve been super busy getting everything packed and scheduled. Of course a housewarming party is going to be scheduled as soon as possible.
