SNES Controller

SNES controller and my SmartJoy adapter came in from Hong Kong finally. DHL must be cheap because they suck.

The controller was $3. It’s a clone so there was no logo. Time for h4x!

The Super Nintendo logo is actually quite complicated so I had to go old school. It doesn’t quite look right although the Super Famicon had this logo in gray.

The controller has a real SNES plug. It’s a bit light feeling and the A button sticks slightly. The A button is the worst button to stick, it’s button 1, the primary.

Final Fantasy VI plays in the background on my Mac powerbook. OSX had no problem recognizing it, doesn’t pop up a ‘detected hardware!’ prompt. It just works when you launch a game.

SNES powerrrr!
